Haomei Aluminum supply chromized lubricated aluminum for caps ideally suited to manufacture the caps for long neck wine bottles, extremely deep drawn and decorated closures cap, plus a range of pilfer proof caps for beverage bottles, soft drink, juice, energy beverage.
Chromated or chromized treatment is using a conversion coating primarily to passivate the surface of aluminum closure sheet.
The thickness of the film is 0.5-4um. The film has good adsorption and is mainly used as a base layer for coating. The appearance is golden yellow, aluminum color, green color, etc. And the chromized lubricated treatment is often together with DOS oil lubricated process to be chromized and dos treated aluminium for caps.

The Performance of Chromized Treated Aluminum For Caps:
The role of chroming is to improve the corrosion resistance of the oxide film on the surface of aluminum sheet for caps and the bonding force between aluminum closure sheet and coating, so as to achieve the thickness, density and bonding force of the film layer to meet the spraying requirements.

2. Decorative effect (coloring, brightening, improving the quality of appearance).
3. Chemical function (improve corrosion resistance, wear resistance, light resistance, strength, etc.).
The Advantages of Chromized Aluminium For Bottle Caps:
1. Aluminium Closure Sheets are suitable for both transparent and non-transparent color lacquering coating, phosphorous chromate and dos treated. For applications requiring deep drawing, such as long caps, Haomei aluminium closure sheets show very low earring, greatly reducing scrap rate for our clients.
2. Aluminum closure sheet is suitable for uninterrupted operation of high-speed, multiple-cavity presses drawing. Its strength, high formability, low earring and printable surfaces make it ideal for pilfer-proof caps and vial seals.

The Application of Chromized Treated Aluminum For Closures:

The cap material process has to go through a number of processes such as hot rolling - cold rolling - annealing - dos oil lubrication -coating - printing- slitting - quality check- packaging, etc.

8011/3105 aluminum sheet will be packed by wooden pallet with net weight 0.8-1 ton per each pallet.There are styles of packaging, which is eye to wall or eye to sky. Customers can choose either of them for their convenience.
Plastic movie and brown paper can be protected at customers’ need. Also timber case or timber pallet is adopted to shield products from harm for the duration of the delivery.
